Communication via light
Communicate simply and clearly with colored lighting. Think of this in terms of status indicators for objects, zones, and rooms.
Colored lighting instantly makes it clear where a potentially hazardous situation is developing or where you need to go. People with hearing difficulties or hearing loss receive clear signals, such as an incoming phone or intercom call....
Smart Lighting
LynX® turns light into an intelligent experience. It guides people intuitively through buildings, makes spatial structures instantly understandable. Light becomes more than illumination – it actively supports orientation, interaction and efficiency within architectural spaces.
At the same time, Smart Lighting creates atmosphere and trust. Adaptive ambient light enhances well‑being and highlights architecture with emotional impact. In critical moments, the same system provides reliable emergency lighting, clearly marking escape routes and guiding people safely when it matters most.
Nurse Call System
The system is designed for maximum reliability in demanding healthcare environments. A redundant architecture and high fault tolerance ensure continuous availability and safe operation, even if individual components fail, reliably supporting care processes at all times.
LynX® can be integrated into existing nurse call systems or operate as a complete, standalone solution. As an open platform with standardised interfaces such as ESPA, MQTT and REST APIs, it enables connection to third‑party systems while intelligent alarm management reduces alarm fatigue through clear prioritisation. The result is a best‑in‑class solution that enhances safety, relieves staff and supports clear decisions in critical moments.
Localization
The tracking of people and objects expands the lighting infrastructure into an intelligent positioning system integrated into the building services. Positions are recorded in real time and are available via networked digital services exactly where they are needed.
The use of geozones allows position-based events and automatic alarms to be defined, for example when entering or leaving specific areas. Search functions also enable the rapid localisation of people and resources via mobile devices. The direct connection to the alarm server makes location tracking a central security component of the infrastructure – for targeted responses, structured management and maximum visibility in both routine and emergency situations.
